Returns

  • You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • Returns must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges for the same item (if available) within 14 days.

  • Simply reach out to us to reserve your replacement before sending the item back.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Pacifiers, teethers, bottles, and feeding accessories

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
